You see, you are the most important person in your life, not your spouce and not your children, it\u00b4s you!<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Tell me, how have you been treating yourself lately?<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Being far too busy at your work for a longer time, means that your workload is becoming too heavy for you. You should really consider delegating some of you work to others if possible. If that can\u00b4t be done, the reorganize your work and prioritice your tasks.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>What does it mean to you to treat yourself the best you can?<\/p>\n<h3><br \/><strong>Do what\u00a0 you love &#8211; love what you do.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>If you could have one day next week just for yourself, what would you do? Write down at least four different ideas. \u00a0<br \/><br \/><strong>What would it take to make this come true?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Say &#8220;I love myself&#8221;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>How do you talk about yourself to others \u2013 and<\/li>\n<li>what do you say to yourself about yourself?<\/li>\n<li>Do you point out to your friends what you have accomplished or<\/li>\n<li>do you mostly talk about the things you feel you have failed at?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What does failing mean to you?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>There is really no failing!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You just didn\u00b4t have or use the right means to fulfill the project, whatever it was you wanted to do.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u00b4t give up.<\/li>\n<li>Plan a head.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Look for new ways.<\/li>\n<li>Ask around for advice, there is always someone there who would love to help you to fulfil your dreams.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u00b4t let the fear of failure ruin more of your hopes and dreams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Being tired all the time, feeling stressed about what you tell yourself you have failed at and lot\u00b4s of other reasons enhance the possibilities of increased anxiety.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>How to overcome anxiousness<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Stop being so hard on yourself. Tell yourself how good you are!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The &#8220;eye exercise&#8221;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>I would like for you to practice to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>look into a mirror every day for a whole week;<\/li>\n<li>smile to yourself and then<\/li>\n<li>tell yourself how great you are. Say \u201cI love you\u201d looking at yourself in the mirror.<\/li>\n<li>Say it with a feeling of love.<\/li>\n<li>Say it out load.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I know this exercise can be a difficult one but play along and give it a try.
